Dedicated to netbook owners: Unetbootin

The program has already been mentioned on Habré in the blog OpenSource

Unetbootin ( http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ ) allows you to create a bootable USB flash drive from almost any Linux / BSD distribution. However, you can create a bootable hard disk.
There are versions for both Linux and Windows.
To work simply indecently:
Select source → Select boot device → Click OK.
In this case, as the source, you can select the distribution and version, the program itself downloads the right one. You can select an ISO, or you can specify the kernel and initrd with your hands with the necessary options.
