Perfect scripting language for WEB.

Good day dear Habraludi! At the moment, I am engaged in designing a new scripting language (like PHP, Perl) and in this connection I would like to write not an abstract language and no one needed (a task for my diploma project), but a language that could be used in real projects. I would like to know the opinion of Habraobshchestvo, how you imagine the perfect scripting language for WEB, which functions are most in demand, which syntax is most convenient (object-oriented language), and how much it is in demand today.
