Usability ... toilet

Today I dare to touch on a rather delicate topic ... toilet usability. Frankly, it confuses me. However, UI is everywhere.

1. Paper lining on the seat : the simplest thing that costs a penny and very happy, especially in winter.
2. Hair dryer:
   • A hairdryer in the same room with a washstand : for some reason, in our office, you need to open the lock and door (hello to the next one) with wet hands and only then you get to the hairdryer.
   • Normal hair dryer : maybe I was not lucky in life, but the vast majority of hair dryers terribly inhibit.
3. UPD: and also our neighbors-Indians (presumably Muslims) allocated the right toilet out of two (the left side is the devil's side) and put a bidet in it (because they do not use paper). Such is the consideration of cultural characteristics.

And what torments you in the toilets?
