Work with equipment:

We collect network diagram:

We download the screencast from here in the form of wmv (“Save object as”) or from here the same thing, only in a zip-archive.

Well, as agreed, homework !

Assemble the network as follows:

And make it so that the computer can ping the web server.
Almost everything will be clear to you after the screencast. But there is one snag. The router only knows about the networks to which it is connected. Accordingly, Bart does not know about the network with the web server. And Homer doesn't know about the network with the computer. On these routers you need to register static routes yourself. And how to do it - you will find on the Internet.
Still the first issue may come in handy.
UPD1: Packet Tracer itself , of course, for educational purposes only!
Yes, and more. Dynamips is great. But!
1. there is no switching at all.
2. This is a real IOS and 80% of the teams there will interfere and distract.
3. Dynamips itself is not easy to handle. It takes a lot of confusion to create a custom network.
For newbies, PacketTracer is a really good product. After it, you can switch to Dynampis (with GNS3), and understand how an emulator differs from a simulator, what is good and what is bad, and so on.
By the way, the release about GNS3 (Dynamips) was planned further!
