Honestly, there is still no answer from Charles - did he manage to get a Russian visa, but he promised that he would be in Vladivostok by the date indicated above.

PS Despite the status of the restaurant "restaurant", the prices there are quite affordable. At least - according to reviews who have visited there and according to restaurant workers;)
