Habra User Stories?

At Habré, they write a lot about startups, meetings are organized, new projects of habra users are constantly presented, so we can say that Habrahabr is a place for a start-up crowd.
I was curious if Habr helps in creating startups? Are there really successful and massive projects created by habrap?

Recently, I have created a feeling that really massive and successful projects are being made for big money by relatively large companies, and what is being done at home does not go beyond the hobby.

And maybe in fact Habr does not help but prevents startups? It does not allow to invent original ideas, overloads the brain, draws karmadroverstva into the abyss ;-)
