New LED Lamp Diall
Recently, I tested 46 Diall lamps and wrote a review , but almost immediately after this, the range of lamps of this brand completely changed. I bought 19 new lamps and tested them.
The new lamps have changed packaging, some models are now in blisters. A large number of filament lamps, including matte and dimmable, appeared. Models with two brightness levels appeared - 30/100% (they are switched by a conventional switch, to change the brightness, you must quickly turn off and turn on the light).
The luminous flux, color temperature and color rendering index were measured using a two-meter integrating sphere and a Instrument Systems CAS 140 CT spectrometer , the power consumption of the GW Instek GPM-8212 instrument, the pulsation level of the Uprtek MK350D instrument . The minimum operating voltage, at which the luminous flux decreased by no more than 5% of the nominal, was measured using a Lamptest-1 device, Stable Stabil Insta 500 and LATP Suntek TDGC2-0.5. Before measurements to stabilize the parameters of the lamp heated for half an hour.

There are no model names or part numbers on the boxes of lamps, so I’m listing articles printed on the lamps themselves and barcodes.
All lamps use good LEDs with a CRI (Ra) color rendering index above 80 (for many filament lamps it exceeds 85), which means they can be used in residential premises.
Most of the lamps have no pulsation of light, two filament candles have a pulsation coefficient of less than 3%. Excellent result!
Unlike many Russian manufacturers who overestimate the parameters, Diall is honest: the luminous flux of most lamps is even slightly higher than the declared one, the color temperature corresponds to the declared one (honest 2700K for warm lamps).
The equivalent of the power of the incandescent lamp is specified according to the European standard. In our reality, the equivalents are significantly higher (when compared with real incandescent lamps operating from 220 volts).
Most lamps work correctly with switches that have an indicator (they have “OK” in the column “Off”), four models are weakly lit when such a switch is turned off (the value is “on” in the column “Off”), two models flash at Off switch with indicator (“instant” in the column “Off”).
Although the packaging of the lamps and specified operating voltage range of 220-240 V, most lamps can operate with a significant decrease in the voltage in the network, without reducing the brightness. The minimum voltage for each lamp is shown in the table.
I will draw your attention to several interesting models. There was a bright lamp 1521 lm in the form of a cylinder. It replaces a 130-watt incandescent lamp and in some cases it may be better than a pear lamp of similar brightness.
Dimmable filament lamps (30% and 100%).
Very bright "ball" G45 with E14 cap. At a price of 78 rubles, it gives more than 820 lm and replaces the 80-watt incandescent lamp. Today it is the brightest "ball" with the warm light of all the lamps that I tested.
Another extremely bright light in the format of a “mirror” R50 lamp gives more than 820 lm and replaces an imaginary incandescent lamp of 90 W (in fact, ordinary R50 cameras are never more powerful than 60 W).
Relatively inexpensive matte filament "candle" with the support of brightness control (dimming). It is quite bright (630 lm, equivalent to 65 W), has a high color rendering index CRI (Ra) = 86.6, a low ripple coefficient (2.7%), using a good dimmer can reduce the brightness to almost zero. The lamp is 15 mm longer than usual because of the plastic insert inside which the dimmable driver is located.
Diall lamps are excellent - cheap, with honest characteristics, without pulsation, with a good color rendering index. Now they are probably the best in the Russian market in terms of price-quality ratio. I recommend them for purchase.
Diall is the own brand of Castorama stores. Unfortunately, it was recently announced that Castorama is leaving Russia and some other countries, but, apparently, stores will work for several more months. The lamps have a warranty period of 5 years, but most likely, when the shops close, you can forget about the warranty, however, as far as I know, the percentage of failure of Diall lamps is very small.
