You must have a portfolio, the ability to draw, attention to detail, professionalism and interest in the latest trends in web design. (However, I listed the last one more for order - if a person is on Habré, then interest in something new for him is not an empty sound.)

For the money - an approximate plug from 40 to 70 thousand, the schedule is also as agreed (in principle, free, but you will often have to see each other and that's why deployment in Moscow is obligatory). Well, the standard office minimum - design for TC, vacation, sick leave.
