This initiative gives the Prosecutor General the opportunity, through Roskomnadzor, to demand limited access to resources that distribute materials expressing indecent disrespect for society, the state, official state symbols, the Constitution, and state authorities. The very publication of such materials will be equated with disorderly conduct according to the administrative code, and will be punished with a fine from 1 thousand to 5 thousand rubles. or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
