Last night I did a little research on Habré - how ordinary users react to the publication of the yellow press. And I found out that for relative popularity it is enough just to come up with a loud headline, slightly embellish the situation and keep silent about the true essence of the problem.
Having published the note “
Arrest for virtual murder ”, I followed the public’s reaction with interest - someone liked the post, some didn’t. The community has been divided into two camps - those who do not like the yellow press and those who either don’t notice it or don’t find the distortion of facts shameful. Total 35 votes for the post and 29 against, 54 comments.

Well, not bad for a note. Considering the fact that I, as mentioned above, specifically kept silent a few key facts about the true causes of such court claims, which are described in a note, which I was told about 40% of those who commented, which is good news.
It is also interesting that about 50% of those who commented called this fact “marasmus,” one person advised to read Jack London, and only a couple of people stood up for law enforcement. The latter fact is a bit depressing - yet this figure should be more, because any relationship, even if virtual, is built on respect for each other.
As a conclusion, I can only advise “not to read until the dinner of Soviet newspapers” :)
