The king is dead! Long live…

I will say right away that this post was written to catch up with my previous post on this topic. I also understand perfectly well that for many Habr's readers this topic is nothing more than “Alien’s battle with the Predator”, but judging by the number of comments in the past topic, there are quite a few people on Habré who are close to this topic.

Well, gentlemen, let us sum up the interim results?

Today's summary of Mr. Rumyantsev:
1. The new company Aggregator A1 accepts the partners of the Republic of Belarus and compensates them for the funds for October.
2. The conditions of the transition will be prepared tomorrow to 12, I do not promise earlier, because it is completely independent of me.
3. All customers will receive their funds from Aggregator A1. Other terms and conditions of payment will be specified tomorrow.
4. RB freezes.

Here, the question immediately arises as to what became of the MPBill company to which Mr. Rumyantsev called for his clients to switch just a few days ago. He did not know that there will be a new aggregator A1? And the second question that immediately suggests itself, who will pay debts to those customers who have already switched to other billing systems, and not to Aggregator A1, who will give them debts? Or do you want to get honestly earned money go to work through the aggregator A1?

Here is an excerpt from today's A1 corporate news :
A1 company announces the restructuring of its subsidiary Mobile Payment (MP), which will be renamed “A1 Aggregator”. The decision is due to the desire to ensure a clear distribution of powers and responsibility of staff for their activities to provide services, as well as to guarantee a high degree of reliability of work to their partners.

Some sort of very hasty and dumb restructuring, if we consider that the A1AGGREGATOR.RU, A1AGREGATOR.RU, A1HELP.RU domains were registered by Mobil'nyi Platezh OOO only a couple of days ago - October 21, 2008

If you believe Mr. Rumyantsev, Russian Billing cannot pay debts due to the fact that A1 did not pay them money, and the newly emerged “A1 Aggregator” will return the debts, but what does the opposite party say? Here is a quote:
The company’s management also openly refutes the statement of the head of the Russian Billing company (RB) A. Rumyantsev about the unfair performance of obligations imposed on A1 to pay partner remuneration.
Payments to the Russian Billing partner were made on time to the company's current accounts, along with other payments to A1 partner companies after the OSS (Cellular Communications Operator) reconciliation.

It creates a strong impression that we are somewhere as if it is softer to say ... cheat! Or am I confusing soft with warm?

By the way, is it becoming fashionable, under the guise of a crisis, to close cash services or yes, a crisis in the yard?
Today, the Ukrainian payment system UkrMoney.com , "pleased" its customers too:
Dear system users! We inform you that from November 1, 2008, the fulfillment of all payment requirements of the system users will be suspended for an indefinite period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
