Scroll in Chrome

Surely almost everyone who installed Google’s Chrome faced an unpleasant thing. Namely - Chrome does not allow the user to use the scroll on the mouse to scroll the pages content vertically.

This flaw (?) Was noticed and corrected by Paul, a student at Southampton University, who created this patch.

Here is what the developer himself says:
“This program quickly and automatically corrects the inability to use the mouse scroll to scroll through the content of pages in the google chrome browser.
Run chrome_patch.exe and it modifies chrome.dll to fix the flaw. ”

It is worth noting that in the latest version of chromium, this problem is already resolved. Google is working on bugs :)
