Opening link in new window

Why here www.habrahabr.ru/blog/jobs/2088.html external link opens in a new window, and here www.habrahabr.ru/article/1217 in the current one? Why is this not unambiguous?
It is more convenient for me when the link opens in the current window. Since I used to control myself what and where I look.
