A small introduction ...
Most of us have a day to communicate on various IM (ICQ, Jabber, Skype etc) with a bunch of people.
Everyone has their own preferences and views on how to draw up their messages (they are often not drawn up in any way :).
And each in its own way reacts to all kinds of caps, lines consisting of question marks / exclamations. Little things like commas, periods, capital letters at the beginning of a sentence should not even be mentioned.
So what am I proposing?
Everything is very simple. I need a prog / plugin / patch for a specific IM (I originally had an idea by analogy with QIP speller) that would intercept messages, print and only then give it to the user for viewing. The idea can be supplemented by another function of performing a similar procedure with outgoing messages. In this case, correctly designed messages will be read not only by us, but also by another participant in the correspondence.
Frankly speaking, I don’t know whether it is possible to realize this, if not, then we can offer this idea to the authors of popular programs. I think at least some of them will support the idea.

Advantages of this solution:
1) We, as users, receive beautiful, pleasing messages, therefore it annoys us less, it means more nerve cells are preserved, and as a result, the level of public health rises :)
It’s not not so hard for me to tolerate the crooked messages, but they still cause mild irritation. And it is hard to force yourself to respond to such messages culturally and without emotions (I mean with a caps and hundreds of exclamation marks).
2) If this solution is embedded in IM, then the users from whom we are going to “defend” in this way will themselves try to behave more competently (I hope :)
Minuses:
I do not see those.
I unfortunately have no opportunity to implement such a program, but I believe that there will be such people here. Well, it will be possible to talk with the authors of popular messengers if I see that people will support the idea.
I am pleased to hear your opinions on this matter.
ZY first post :)
