Help poik rss reader

Need a little help choosing a rss reader for permanent use.
Requirements:
- online (you have to read tapes from work and from home, to receive the same smile 2 times at all, I will accept other solutions)
- with the filter (!) - the most important! It is necessary that from the entire tape I could “filter” the titles I need and not get the rest of the records at all! Or get them read immediately.

The option “filter by search by posts” doesn’t fit - so those that I don’t need are left unread

google reader is not provided with a filter when receiving tapes: (only when viewing, it does not suit me, remain unread unwanted news to me
