New release BigStreet (CMS-alpha)

After a rather long break in work on the engine, I nevertheless waited for inspiration and, writing a bunch of new (including long-awaited groups with emulation of subdomains), released the alpha version of CMS, previously called the framework due to the absence of any significant functionality.
