Today I learned from my younger sister that they have 10 old second stumps with 98th Windows in their computer class. A year ago, they raised money for a new computer class - they promised to buy 30 cars. And with the money that was collected - ~ $ 25k, it was possible to buy a very decent PC. As we see, someone decided that it would be more useful to build a brand new house in the country. They did not sign any papers, they simply donated 1000 rubles per child. Secondary school.

Me personally, this behavior of the school administration is enraged - I want blood. How to competently do in this case?
