Did we say something wrong?

Rebooting the computer, I found that the page in Chrome is changing to a picture of a dead smiley with a postscript, and some text on the topic that the page cannot be displayed.

Having a little pored and remembered the ingenious “Hurray, there is no spam!” in the “spam” folder on Google Mail, I decided to experiment.
among other things, tried to remove Chrome.
