Ubuntu 8.10 + Opera + Google Reader + Flash =
I hasten to congratulate myself on the discovery. And maybe not only yourself. So.
My main claim to Opera for Linux was the abominable work of the Flash player in it. I could not understand whose problem. Personally, I was infuriated that the flash players embedded in the news in Google Reader did not scroll up to the end, under the upper frame. But literally I just upgraded the system to 8.10 (I took a chance ...) and - lo and behold! - everything is good. Apparently, the version of the Flash-player entering the repository is somehow fixed, because Opera has nothing to do with it. In general, I am satisfied. Thanks to all.
Upd. Flash Player seems to be the 10th. I'm really too lazy to look for specifics, but for sure it is :)
