Something for google

I sent a little idea to Google today - not original, but nevertheless not implemented on such a scale.

Fire alert system using satellite data.

It is proposed to create a global warning system about the occurrence of fires (in particular and mostly forest fires) based on the operational processing of data from satellites that take the ground for google maps. To do this, they need to be retrofitted (if not yet) with a powerful thermal imager (infrared camera), and if a hot spot is detected where it should not be, send a fire department (or central control) photo of the site with reference to the area to the nearest location (link on the map and a fresh space photo of the event). Not all governments have access to satellites, and even those who have such access rarely inform about the situation of the field service (for example, in Russia).

Solves the problem of timely notification of the occurrence of fires to reduce their consequences.

There will be the benefits of ecology, the inhabitants of the nearby territories, the inhabitants of the planet - since air pollution applies to all.

Necessary actions - it is possible to launch additional satellites (this will still be done in the future).
