"The right quotes", we make the Internet more readable.

Why “such” quotes?
If you take any book, you will understand everything. Here I see no reason to explain and argue on the topic of why it is better or worse. The choice is yours, but historically it turned out that “such” quotes are used by Russian printing houses in any editions (maybe by the bourgeoisie otherwise).
