Activating win vista / xp now and…

In the middle of the working day all the programs were closed, the computer was blocked and the window opened:

In full confidence that this is a microsoft fight against piracy (it was after the next update) and a little google activation code, as well as looking at the license sticker whist under the laptop, I unsuccessfully tried a couple of code selection options, after which I decided to click on the “Get” button new activation code. And I was surprised:

I heard about a similar virus before, but did not encounter.

I did not save ctrl + alt + del (the task manager just did not appear), and safe mode.

I returned home, after downloading, I was met by a black screen, but it was already possible to call the task manager, and already from it the conductor and other software. But the desktop never appeared. Searching again in the internet I found a solution to the problem! Just need to change the value of "Shell" in the registry to "Explorer.exe" here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon
