The sixth external RamblerFront & meetup will be held on October 11, 2018 at the Attic of Rambler & Co, where our employees will share their application knowledge in the field of frontend-development.

Topics for presentations:

1. HOC () || (renderProps) => {} - Shatalov Alexander (client application development engineer, Rambler & Co advertising technology team)

In the report you will learn what common tasks are in front of High Order Components and Render Props. How they are solved by each of the approaches, consider the pros and cons. We learn how to test High Order Components and compositions of them.

2. Mono vs multi repo - Boris Shabanov (Head of Department, Rambler & Co advertising technologies team)

From the report you will learn about how to organize the repository. In particular, let's talk about mono and multi repositories. As well as using the example of the ui-kit, we will consider problems that may arise if the repository structure is incorrect.

3. Get to know the dark side of web development. GraphQL on backend - Javed Behlim (client application development engineer, Rambler & Co advertising technologies team)

From the report you will learn how GraphQL magically gives fronts the necessary data, look at what recipes beckenders conjure, and what ingredients they use to raise GraphQL architecture.
