Welcome to the hands-on workshop API Jam

Softline and Apigee (Google Cloud) invite API developers and architects to the first in Russia hands-on workshop API Jam, a large workshop on working with the Apigee Edge platform.



We will teach you how to quickly and safely give access to the back end using the API. There will be a little theory, but mostly practice, practice and practice again. Participants will gain real-world experience using the Apigee Edge platform. Under the guidance of a trainer, 5 labs will take place, which will make it possible to design, secure and analyze all your favorite APIs.

Program:

Apigee Essentials

• Explore the Apigee Edge UI
• Manage environments, environments, users, flows and policies
• Understand relationships between developers, apps, proxies and APIs
• Learn about API products and developer portals

Hands-on Lab Exercises

• Lab 1: Design and create an API proxy
• Lab 2: Secure your API with an API key
• Lab 3: Create and publish an API product
• Lab 4: Help app developers consume your API product
• Lab 5: Throttling API traffic

The event is held in English.

To participate you will need:

A laptop is a must, Google Chrome or Firefox browsers are preferred.
Account Apigee. You must create an account in advance according to the instructions .

The event is free, however, we have only 20 places, so we can not accept everyone. To register, you must fill out a form , priority will be given to participants with real cases.
