JobsMarket is intended to contribute to the development of the Russian labor market, to create conditions for more efficient achievement of market goals by market participants by providing them with tools for managing market behavior.
JobsMarket provides equal rights to all E-labor market participants: employers, specialists and job brokers (intermediaries), and provides everyone with an Automated Workplace (AWP) with a wide range of services and its own online database.
JobsMarket is focused not only on the short-term goals of the labor market participants - job search or personnel search, it provides services for continuous monitoring of market opportunities.

Employers and Job brokers can now create an asset for reliable business support, constantly create a base of reserves for the best Labor Market Specialists, adjust the description of jobs in accordance with the market situation and the place of the Company and its Positions (jobs) in the market.
For the first time, specialists are given the opportunity to create their professional asset (personal page, resume, portfolio, etc.), use the tools for its promotion, regular monitoring of the level of demand for their competencies in the labor market, analysis of competitiveness, informed career management, and
on-line career counseling .

The JobsMarket system assumes full automation of routine information processing procedures, exclusive search accuracy based on the author’s positioning system for labor market facilities (positions and competencies of specialists), ranking them by degree of compliance, on-line survey and on-line interview.
Information is exchanged between market participants in JobsMarket using the Communicator, which is a CRM for each labor market participant. This tool provides interaction between the labor market participants, automatic generation of the relationship history, logging of interaction events, a feedback system and analytical tools. Thanks to the communicator, the automatic creation of user databases and the distribution of information flows in the database become a reality, which is impossible when working with e-mail.
The service “Search Resume and Vacancies of the Runet” is integrated into the system. This service allows using one search query to find information in the open sources of the Russian-language Internet about resumes and vacancies on more than 60 websites, filter duplicates.
The main services of the Electronic Labor Market are the rental of the client application of the JobsMarket ERP class Information System through a web interface. Client application services are provided through a personal workstation, focused on achieving the goals of the labor market participants.
For specialists, all ARM career management services are free. For employers and job brokers, some services are also free, some are billed. The cost of tariffs depends on the amount of work on recruitment, which makes high-tech and high-quality JobsMarket services available even to small companies-employers and private recruiters.
