Why not habru "predict" future posts?

Good day,
I came across Search by drafts and closed Habratopics and thought why not to use this “trick” of the habr.
Since the topics are automatically saved, it would be possible to make it so that when writing your topic there would appear a list of similar ones that are still in development (in the set). Search for such topics can be done using tags and name comparison. The name can be compared by using the same words.
And it would be great if you could immediately send a message through this list to a person. For example, to clarify the topic or conversely join forces.
Also, the topics "in development" could be highlighted in live broadcast. But here you need to think about a system that would not move fresh - autosave topic up.
