Habr.com. Transparency report
Long ago we lost count of how many conspiracy theories we read while we separated Hiktairs from Habr, shuffled the hubs, merged them back and moved to the .com-zone. To the observer from the side, such castling may indeed seem strange. We did not conceal that one of the reasons for the reshuffle was, among other things, the desire to protect Habr from possible legal troubles, but this made some people doubt even more. And the lack of information in turbulent times only begets the assumption that such a large project as Habr cannot be deprived of the attention of state bodies and rightholders and that we are exactly left and right to merge data on everyone who slapped a careless minus.
We studied foreign practices (yes, yes, many large projects have this), we thought and decided that the summary statistics on request volumes should be public. Therefore, scratched the bottom of the barrel and offer you the so-called Transparency report - a report on the requests of various government services and rights holders for different years.
Below is information on all requests to all our projects at the time of publication. There is no “jurisdiction” column, as so far all the calls were only from the Russian Federation:
Not very thick, but not empty, so once again we ask you to observe the correctness of the behavior on the site and do not forget that Habr is included in the register of organizers of distributors of information and must comply with the requirements of current legislation.
