Of the new features I would like to mention the database on phones and profiling. With these innovations, it has become much easier to customize your code for a specific phone from the base, depending on its features. Ie, you write regular code using profiling, and when compiling, the compiler will produce separate optimized bins for individual phones, that is, you no longer need to think whether the phone supports this or that API (JSR).
Separately pleased with the presence of a separate NetBeans based JDE and integration with windows mobile devices.
