I think many of us use such a wonderful service as
BugMeNot . But, unfortunately, in the case of unpopular resources, such a service does not always help us.
In 99% of cases, for authorization on any site you need to specify to know a couple of login and password or email and password. But I couldn’t even submit to how many forums and sites a couple of 123456, 123456 approaches. If you start from this fact, you get a rather simple idea - if you go to any site with a password and login 123456 you add the site to the database, if not register this user accordingly and also add his base. The base is made publicly available. I think if email is used as a login, then you can use some kind of unified email service.
Thus, for those sites that we visit most likely once in a lifetime, there already exists a universal login and password and do not bother with registrations or BugMeNot.

Such is the idea for a startup, which can be called 123456 :).
