After the court decision was issued, Roskomnadzor sent a notice to Yandex about the need to stop access to pirated content: “The actions of Roskomnadzor under anti-piracy legislation are defined in Art. 15.2 of the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”. On the basis of this article, notifications were sent to Yandex company about the need to implement the decisions of the Moscow City Court by terminating access to the Yandex service.
