Technical support 3CX responds: setting your own logo on the IP phone display

In the latest update, 3CX v15.5 SP6 , it was possible to bring all the IP phones on the employees' tables to a single “corporate” look, centrally setting the organization's logo on the display using auto-tuning. At the moment (SP6 Beta) the logo download menu has not yet been displayed in the 3CX control interface. In addition, this feature is only present in the Enterprise edition.

Note that by default, the autotune templates set the 3CX logo on the IP phone display.

Yealink

For Yealink phones, download the DOB logo file preparation utility from here . Note that Yealink phones can upload multiple logos. To install your logo through auto-tuning, the phone must be reset and re-configured as described here .
