As our chief said in the recent past, an ideal company is a company where all employees are different, their characters and their opinions. In general, it is impossible not to agree with that, having such a team, we at the junction of emotions, opinions and disagreements get the result, to which any leader actually aspires. The result is always needed, but what? Ideally, this is a product or end point of a specific task. All this can be compared with a simpler example, which will very brightly cover the whole idea. I want to compare this with the operation of the operating system.
Why OS?
1. The OS controls different equipment, which in its essence can conflict just like people.
2. The OS has everything that can be found in the life of a team: misunderstanding, disagreement, mistakes, fatal mistakes, agreement and friendship.
')
Since we want a perfect team, let's take an example and a perfect OS. This begs the question, what is the ideal OS?
The main criteria for a perfect OS:
1. Mutual understanding between all components of the system.
2. Work on 100% of each component without harming other parts of the system.
3. Stability.
4. Functionality and performance.
5. Convenience.
And now let's project the above onto the team:
1. Understanding between all employees is achieved by a set of rules for their interaction, lowering the bureaucracy and other time-consuming, so to say: Employee A and B should know how to make the work between each other as productive and nerve resistant. This is achieved by the agreed standards, formats and templates. Employee A should not create a problem for employee B by attaching a solution to it, he simply should not create it at all.
2. Again, I repeat the idea that Employee A and Employee B should work with each other to avoid any problematic situations. Words DON'T WANT, DON'T BE, I AM SO NOT DOING.
3. It is necessary to monitor the state of the team so that it is stable as well as on “last Monday”.
4. If employees A and B do something, then the output should be the result, if they can do a lot and try to do a lot, then there should be a lot at the exit.
5. The team should have an ideal atmosphere in which temperature changes will stabilize and smooth out.
The essence of everything I have written leads to the fact that if you want to work in a team quickly and manage it quickly, think about how many problems you have, where the source is, how to fix it and what to expect in the future.
