(Almost) Firefox 3.1 Beta 1 released

Judging by the fact that my Firefox Nightly offered to upgrade to version 3.1b2pre, we can assume that 3.1 beta 1 is ready. Which was confirmed when viewing the server ftp.mozilla.org. As you can see, this build is only a candidate for 3.1 Beta 1.
