Russian Post customers all over the country can now receive their packages and registered letters that do not require payment using a simple electronic signature. The process of issuing items using this technology takes no more than 1 minute.

The service is provided free of charge on the basis of a registration form filled out on the official website of the Russian Post pochta.ru/support/office-services/sms-registration or at the post office. It contains passport data and mobile phone number of the client. To confirm the identity, the client will need to show the passport to the operator once.

After processing the application, the client will no longer have to fill out paper notices. Now, upon receiving the parcel, the consumer simply needs to call the operator his full name or tracking number of the item, so that the employee of the department finds it in the database. After that, the client calls his phone number to which the operator sends a confirmation code. The recipient will receive an SMS message or Push notification (users of the Russian Post mobile application) with a confirmation code, which you need to call the post office operator in order to receive a letter or package.
