Do you need to do this?

I had the idea to create a new project a long time ago, but earlier there was only a theoretical part. The other day the insight came to me and I realized how to make my idea a reality!

We now turn to the very idea:
This creation of the service is the definition of the melody that the user uploaded.

There are 2 uses:

1) Do you have a song on your computer with the name “1” or “unkonwn”, etc.? You upload this song to my server and it gives you the name of this song.

2) You downloaded the youtube video, but you liked the song in the background and want to know what the song is about. You specify a link to the video or upload an audio file from this video, after which the service gives you the name and artist of the melody.

But I can not answer the question: do people need it?

I would like to hear your opinions, because if you start something large-scale, then you want to do it with the confidence that it will be in demand.
