Vector map of Moscow.

It is strange why there is no good map of Moscow anywhere (with houses and roads). To work you need a scalable map that would print on the entire wall. But nowhere can I find a good vector map (as on Maps. Yandex). I think this kind of cards should be freely available for people. What they could use.
