What annoys you in Gmail?

We are working on a small project (opensource, details will be available after the first release), and we really appreciate your opinion as potential users. The project implies the presence of a web-mail client inside, for this question: what annoys you in Gmail and just do it in email clients?

And as an alternative - what I would like to add or remove.
