Here is a letter to me this morning.
Two steps to get the code:
1) Go to https://freeriatools.adobe.com/flex/
2) Fill out the form. I wrote the name of the university in English. Everything else is transliterated.
Below will be asked to download the Student ID. This can be any document that the university issued to you (with its symbolism or stamp). Easy fit ISIC.
