Become a representative of Opera in your university

The university tours organized as part of the new educational program Opera Software are in full swing. At the same time, new articles are published in which high-class specialists share their web development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaSvript and DOM. Meanwhile, the educational program continues to evolve in a rather interesting direction. A couple of days ago, a new section was opened on the project website - Opera Campus Crew . Speaking in human terms, now any student (or teacher - why not?) Can become the official representative of Opera Software in his educational institution. Naturally, like any official representative, you have both duties and more pleasant concerns. The first are:

- assistance in organizing visits of company representatives to your university;
- organization of Opera users meetings among students;
- assistance in the introduction of educational aids in the educational process, created as part of the Opera Education Program project (yes, those on dev.opera.com );
- promotion (by convincing officials) of the Opera browser on university computers, as well as students and teachers computers, cell phones and smartphones (I remind you that the license for Opera Mobile is completely free in this case);
- help novice opera users to work with the browser.

In exchange, the Norwegians also will not remain in debt. They promise:
