Ballmer advises to divide the hardware and software iPhone
Microsoft President Steve Ballmer never hesitated to go into disarray in his business of giving advice on various issues that do not directly concern him. And here again: in a recent speech, he gave some valuable advice to Apple, which is now competing with Microsoft in the mobile device market.
Arguing about the prospects for the mobile device market, Steve Ballmer said that both Nokia and Apple will gradually lose the market as it grows rapidly over the next five years, because these companies are developing proprietary hardware and attaching it to software. This is a completely wrong approach, and here Nokia and Apple should learn from Microsoft.
If the situation does not change, then, according to Ballmer, Nokia will get stuck on its market share of 30%, while Apple’s sales will go down. ')
