GIMP 2.6.0 released

After a not-so-long break, the long-awaited release of the GIMP raster graphic editor came out.

The key changes in this intermediate version are:
- the ability to use the new GEGL color processing engine
- positive changes in the interface
- well, in general, a lot of things were supported ...
