The
UserGroup Meeting announced some time ago took place - the meeting of startups is safely combined with the story about the possibilities of Microsoft, barbecue, beer and just pleasant communication in nature.
For those who are interested - the story of how it was (there will be a reason to come next time;))
UG Meet. How it was.
')
Omit the backstory - carrying electricity to a wild glade, dragging a heap of equipment through ravines (this is steeper than any fitness!), Hanging, twisting, adjusting everything and everything and other joys that inevitably fall to the share of orgov, the thing is extremely interesting, but guests don’t know about this backstage)).
Although there is, perhaps, one picture I will show, very artistic. We pull-pull - awning, designed to save the participants and equipment from the rain. Nature, however, was milo.

So, lucky with the weather - despite all the assurances of weather forecasters in a nightmare. Truly, if a lot of people want something good, it will certainly happen.
It didn’t come that much to the people, but if we take the average density of participants per square meter of developed territory, it will turn out to be even higher than that of iCamp :).
The number of people can be seen
in the album at Soshnikov , I, however, it does not load ...
A youth audience was also present ...

... and even offered all possible help ...

Generation Next :)
The people were met by the promised kebabs

And also beer, glint, cola ...
(not filmed).
People reacted very rarely to beer, although there were only 4 people behind the wheel, of which two orgs :), but the kebab caused an increased attention of the audience and snapped up instantly.
But much more attention was caused by the actual performances, for the sake of which (we hope that it was for them, and not for the kebab :)) that the people got to the meeting.
Forward to new technologies

The presentations began with an introduction to the audience of the capabilities of the Imagine Cup and Microsoft Business start programs. Everyone knows that a good idea is not at all sufficient for a successful project - the lion's share of efforts falls on the implementation of this, and in implementing the young innovators today are assisted by “senior comrades”, in our case, Microsoft.

Microsoft Innovation Center - a low bow for helping to organize a rally!
Then, with short breaks for beer and kebabs, performances of young startups followed.
The
My Range team was the first to present their offspring to the public, presenting a bluetooth network project, which in the future will allow raising the management of their own contacts and acquaintances to a new level using bluetooth in mobile devices.

The audience is listening

The blue-toothed
MyRange was followed by a presentation of the
DYK project from the
Gendix team. The abbreviation
DYK stands for Do You Know and is a knowledge management system designed to bring together the merits of existing question and answer systems and expand the number of channels through which you can ask questions and receive answers (for example, by creating a mobile client)

The audience continues to heed

The last one (the kebab was just beginning to end) appeared before the public a
QRPR project from the
IT Arts team. The project is a new tool for managing offline marketing companies with the help of well-known abroad
QR codes that are not familiar to the Russian public. With the help of this project and its sister -
SyncFox (on its base, by the way, the
UG Meet website was made) -
IT Arts also hopes to make life easier for users of discount and bonus plastic cards by collecting all the discounts and bonuses in their mobile phones.

Your questions?

By the end of the third speech, we symbolically ended the electricity, and, actually, the day was getting closer to the end, so the final photos, contact exchanges, eating food and finishing drinks successfully completed the event and left hope for the repetition.
Give two!

The speakers received gifts from Microsoft Innovation Center, all participants got T-shirts - from him :)
All in all, good!
Organizers and participants - thanks!
See you soon :)
Shut down ...
