At CERN, the operators who manage accelerator devices using LabVIEW do not even suspect that at the beginning of the session the client sends a “PREVED” request and sticks to a response. The server is trained to answer "MEDVED". Only after this session opens.
I completely forgot to fix this feature while I was working, and now I quit, apparently it will be so until the collider closes.
