Web Development Master Classes

In discussing the topic of drawing up a university course program for future webmasters, the author was offered to “send the desire to the right direction” and engage in tutoring. We will not discuss which of the channels is more correct, let's talk about something else. Who of the web developers present here was educated in any institutions, and not on their own? I think there are so few. But for sure there are those who want to listen to competent and experienced people. Those who wish to do this for thanks are probably hard to find. And it’s not the mercantilism of the latter, but banal employment. Maybe there are people willing to pay for useful information, master classes or tutoring? Which developers with experience feel the ability to teach and have a desire to teach others? What could be the cost hours of training with a tutor? And conducting group classes? What is the attitude to the organization of such a venture? If it is interesting, then who sees what difficulties (first of all with the room, probably) and what suggestions could there be?
