Switzerland is famous for cheeses, chocolate and ski resorts. People are going to France to look at the Eiffel Tower and drink some excellent wine. Norwegians have to be proud of their magnificent nature - waterfalls, fjords, mountains, glaciers, the sea - and
the Opera browser . The developers of Opera Software have always been “ahead of the rest,” unless, of course, we recall that most on this planet use Internet Explorer. In addition, Firefox is constantly on its heels, and more recently a more advanced version of Explorer and a little-known browser with the herd name Flock has also appeared. And, accordingly, there was nothing left for the developers of the Opera, besides to make the best browser in the world without any additional extensions, but at the same time simple and convenient for beginners.

In the fresh,
ninth version of the Norwegian browser, six important things appeared (more about which - below) and the speed of loading pages increased. Now I can say with confidence that this is the fastest browser in the world.
')
When someone tried to compare Opera and Firefox, arguing that the first one was a hundred times better, I had a serious argument in favor of Chanterelle: “In Opera, you cannot use Adblock Frame and Adblock Image” - but now everything has become different. The developers added the Content blocker function, with which you can hide banner ads by selecting Block content in the right-click menu. But, alas, the Block function this stupid comment / post and kill author has not yet appeared in any browser.
The second most important is widgets. No, do not confuse them with Firefox extensions, it is absolutely not the same thing. Widgets do not improve the work of the browser, these are small programs that work on the desktop in addition to Opera. For example, the weather forecast, fresh comics, news from popular resources, a calendar, a calculator and
other nice things .
Third place - support for the
BitTorrent file sharing network. Fans of downloading crazy amounts of movies, music and other things will no longer have to install BitTorrent separately - it is built into the new version of the browser along with a convenient search.
Now, as always in Firefox and Flock, you can add any desired search engine in any language to the search bar. And if you, like me, constantly open a lot of tabs, in order not to be confused, the developers came up with a Thumbnail preview - small screenshots that pop up when you hover over a tab. And besides everything, each hotel site can be customized as you like, by selecting the Edit site preferences item in the right-click menu. So, you can remove pop-ups, support cookies for this page and configure everything at all.

And, yes, the main thing is not to frighten newbies, all advanced settings are on the opera: config page (you need to type in the address bar), that is, in the settings editor. Ordinary things that an inexperienced user should need can be found in the usual menu, but in the config there are the most subtle settings.
Did the Norwegians make the best browser in the world? I think, yes. But, as I already wrote, once installing Firefox, you fall in love with it forever. And I’m ready to change my favorite browser only if they pay me a convincing dollar amount.
