Google Chrome - fast javascripts and slow flash

Yes, they did quick processing of JavaScripts, but did they test flash videos at least once?
I have been using this browser since the release and recently I notice that when I start watching a video, my processor is loading 40-50%. And if the video is still not fully loaded, and I have already begun to view it, the processor is loaded at 99% and everything hangs until it is loaded.

At first I thought that the problem was in Flash Player itself, I went to download the latest version, put it - nothing has changed, the lags remain. Has anyone noticed this? Or is it a serious bug Chrom`a?

PS In other browsers (Opera, FF) there is no such thing.
