Firefox and spell checker

Firefox, starting with version 3.0.2, includes spell checking with the obligatory sequential use of the letter “” in writing, and not selective, as it was before. Thus, now the words corresponding to the norms of the Russian literary language are marked as incorrect. For those who love the Russian language and when checking the spelling is guided by modern norms of spelling, there is the addition of Russian dictionary spell check without the support of the letter "e" ;)

Update: A patch has been suggested for Firefox:

This is an update for the Russian spellchecking dictionary.

Update 2: Hooray! The developers of Firefox have shown universal wisdom and linguistic flair by releasing Firefox 3.0.4 , in which the “Yo” letter in the Russian spelling check dictionary is made optional.
