On Habrahabr there is an Interview blog, which allows you to collect questions to any specialist, and ask them in the order determined by voting. New project Google Moderator allows you to do almost the same. Moderator is another Google’s “20%” project created by Taliver Heath for internal use. The idea of the project is simple - users ask questions for any meeting or event. Other users can vote for the most important topics, ranking the questions in order of importance. Also, all questions can post a journalist or the organizer of a conference, and Google users will select the best (from their point of view, of course).
So far, Moderator is a fairly uncomplicated service. Any user can create a “series” tied to an event or interview. Multiple users can be assigned by the authors and moderators of the questions. Users who do not have a Google account can add questions anonymously if the creator of the "series" allows it. After that, users vote for the best questions, about as articles on Digg.
"Series" can be divided into subsections, grouping questions into directions, and the creator of the "series" can comment on the questions and answer them. Soon additional features will be added for already completed events. The plans - the publication of responses after the interview and vote for the best answers.
