Torrents.by - Belarusian torrent tracker

I would like to talk about one resource that, in my opinion, will be of interest primarily to those users who live in Belarus. Torrents.by is a Belarusian torrent tracker that began to develop at a fast and active pace quite recently. It seems to be at first glance nothing interesting, a simple regular tracker, which is completely full on the Internet. But! It has several features. One of them is the ability to share media content for free access (internal resources - which are provided free of charge or for ridiculous sums of money), provided that the cider and the lecherc sit on the same provider or friendly providers. This is a definite plus, given the cost of the Internet in the country, and even more so outside the capital.

In addition, the tracker is very actively communicating users. Soon the tracker will get an information portal with reviews of media content. But about this in the next review of this project.
