Social Bookmarks and News - White Optimizer List

There are many lists of domestic and foreign social services that allow you to publish news and bookmarks without moderation. With their help, you can significantly improve the reference ranking of your site. Since I basically do not use the services of automatic registration or posting to social networks (such as postquickly.com ), preferring to do everything manually, I decided to create my own list, which would include only the "very-best" resources, selected by fairly tough criteria:
- Google PR> = 4
- Yandex CY> = 100 (this requirement eliminates a sufficiently large part of foreign social services)
- the service should work (oddly enough, quite a lot of sites were also eliminated by this feature)

I bring to your attention two moss personal lists - on social news and on social bookmarks. Both of them are sorted by the universal citation index (I will cite the link to the description of this index at the end of the post), which takes Google PR and Yandex CY into account.
